How it works

Record once. Echo handles the rest.

No prompt engineering, no copy-paste loops. Drop in your source and get a publishable content week back.

Step 1

Upload

Paste a link or drop a file — podcast, video, webinar or long-form blog post. Up to 4 hours per source.

Step 2

Echo transcribes & maps highlights

A studio-grade transcript, then a highlight map: hooks, stories, contrarian takes and quotable moments — with timestamps.

Step 3

Generates in your brand voice

Echo learns from your past posts — sentence length, formatting habits, the words you never use — and writes like you, not like a model.

Step 4

Edit, export, schedule

Tweak anything in the editor, export everywhere, or schedule a full week straight to your content calendar.

From Ep 62 → a week of content

One episode in. Seven days of posts out.

Everything below was generated from a single source — The Compounding Hour — Ep 62: The Pricing Episode (with Maya Lindqvist) (47 min). Real structure, real hooks, ready to edit and ship.

LinkedIn post Ep 62 · 04:12–09:40

I charged $9/mo for two years. It nearly killed the company. Here’s what I’d do differently:

  1. 1. Anchor your price to the value of the outcome, not your costs.
  2. 2. Raise prices with every 10 customers until someone pushes back.
  3. 3. Discounts teach your buyers to wait. Stop training them.
  4. 4. “Too expensive” objections are positioning feedback, not pricing feedback.

Your first SaaS price is wrong. Mine was $9/mo — and it nearly killed us. 5 pricing mistakes I’d never repeat:

This week: your price is your positioning

When The Compounding Hour launched at $9/mo, the low price didn’t make the product easier to buy — it made it easier to ignore. Cheap reads as “side project.” The fix wasn’t a discount strategy; it was an anchoring one: lead with the value of the outcome (one recovered deal pays for a year), set the price against that anchor, and raise it every ten customers until the “too expensive” emails start. Those emails aren’t churn risk — they’re proof the positioning finally landed. And if you’re pre-revenue: charge before you feel ready. Five paying customers in a week teach you more than five hundred free signups in a quarter.

Testimonials

The week writes itself now.

“I record Tuesday morning and by lunch the whole week is drafted — posts, the thread, three clips. The drafts actually sound like me, which is the part I didn’t believe until I saw it.”

Maya Okonkwo

Host, weekly operations podcast

“I was the bottleneck for our content. Now I review instead of write. We went from posting twice a month to twelve times — same episode count, zero extra hires.”

Daniel Reyes

Founder, B2B analytics startup

“We run nine client shows through Echo. The brand-voice separation is the killer feature — nothing bleeds between clients, and the clip timestamps are accurate enough to ship without re-checking.”

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Do I own the content Echo generates?

Yes — everything Echo produces from your uploads is yours, full stop. The flip side: you must own (or have rights to) the source material you upload. Repurposing someone else’s podcast without permission is on you, not us.

What sources can I upload?

Podcast episodes (audio or RSS), YouTube and Vimeo links, raw video files, webinar and Zoom recordings, and long-form blog posts or transcripts. Sources can be up to 4 hours long; most 45-minute episodes process in under 12 minutes.

How does brand voice work?

You connect or paste 10–30 examples of your existing writing — past LinkedIn posts, threads, newsletter issues. Echo builds a voice profile from sentence rhythm, formatting habits, vocabulary and the things you never say, then drafts every output against that profile. You can refine it any time, and Pro plans keep up to three separate voices.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Plans are month-to-month (or annual, your choice) and you can cancel from billing settings in one click — no email, no call. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and your generated content stays exportable.

Is my content used to train AI models?

No. Your uploads, transcripts and generated drafts are never used to train models — ours or anyone else’s. Content is processed solely to produce your outputs, encrypted in transit and at rest, and deleted from processing infrastructure after each run. (SOC 2 Type II is in progress.)
